HOW DOES COMMISSIONING A PAINTING WORK?

After you commission a painting, you will get a first email that informs you that you will receive a quote price shortly. I will review your request and determine a price. I will email you to communicate the quoted price. If you approve of the price, you will be prompted to pay the full amount (either on the website or on Venmo, PayPal or CashApp). If you do not approve of the price, we can further discuss to reach a price we are both comfortable with. Once payment is made, allow 1-2 weeks for the painting to be completed. You will receive an email once your painting has shipped.

HOW DOES COMMISSIONING A DIGITAL DRAWING WORK?

All digital drawings are $15 which you will pay when ordering. Allow up to 1 week to complete your drawing. You will receive the digital drawing via email.

HOW DOES BUYING A BRAND PACKAGE COST?

Once you purchased your desired package, I will contact you via email to set up a Zoom appointment or phone call in which we will discuss your visions and requests. After the meeting, I will start developing your files. I will keep in touch often to make sure you're satisfied with the direction and/or if there are any changes to be made. Once the package is completed, you will receive an email with a zip file containing all the elements you purchased.

HOW DOES BOOKING A PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOT/MODELING SHOOT WORK?

After you book your appointment, you will receive an email confirming or denying the appointment. I might ask you to set up a Zoom meeting or phone call to further discuss details. If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, this must be done 48 hours prior to the booked date otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. If I need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, I will do so no later than 24 hours prior to the booked date and your deposit will be refunded.

HOW DOES REQUESTING A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT WORK?

All personalized products (personalized t-shirt/sweatshirt/pants, tote bag or other) will follow the basic price of the standard item. If the design you chose is more intricate, I will send you an email to inform you of the change in price. Allow 1-2 weeks for the product to be completed. You will receive an email once your product has shipped.

HOW LONG DOES AN ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?

All products are hand-made by order, commission or request. This means I have no back-stock and I will create your item once you order it. So please allow 1-2 for me to complete your item. You will receive an email once your item has shipped and is on its way to you.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free for all paintings (even the commissioned ones) nationally. For international orders, they will be included in the quote you receive. For all other items, shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the box. But I try to keep shipping prices to a minimum for your convenience.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship items all over the world. Shipping internationally is always paid by the costumer (you).

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND GET A REFUND?

As all products are hand-made and created by order, commission or request. Therefore you will not be allowed to return any product or get a refund.
